looks like a custom home-made carbon fiber overlay job, you get all that comes with parts like that sight unseen, it might be fine but you won't know until you try to fit it into the car. I love carbon fiber interior parts as long as they fit well.

 

To my understanding, Mugen doesn't make center consoles or radio doors for our cars. Not only that, if they did, I'm sure the quality of the piece would be much better than what's seen in that pic.

If your asking about whether it's official Mugen parts, the answer is no.

That looks like a custom center console with vinyl wrap and stickers.

I personally prefer the AP2 center console. It looks more modern and blends in better with the trims of my S2000's interior.

I don't know why I had my radio door down at the time but it is in silver...

 

I'd go with the ap2 console because the silver just kinda flows with the everything. If you have a spa/rio or bb you could also try the cr console, it flows nicely with those colors (IMO).
