Default help on wiring of led daytime running light

hi everyone, i just bought a set of led daytime running light. Kind of like the one on j's racing cars.

I want to wire it to my low beam. Now, when i looked at the wires for the low beam, there is a black wire and a white with red stripe wire.

So which ones are the positive and negative? How should i splice the wires together?

Any help is appreciated. thank you!

The black wire is the ground (negative), red/white wire is a switched power source (positive).

Did your lights come with instructions?
