Unplug the O2 sensor from above the transmission and you won't need any special tools to pull it out. Just a big f'n wrench (23mm?). Once you have the stock Cat out (it's heavy btw, watch yourself), you can easily remove the O2 sensor and swap it into the HFC while it's off the car. Bolt up the HFC and then plug the sensor back in.
The Berk HFC comes with the O2 sensor fix built in, so you shouldn't need to worry about it throwing a CEL.
Thanks for all the guidance guys. Got it installed yesterday and overall it went pretty smooth, hardest part was prying the stock bolts loose. Definitely notice a sotp difference, I'd say I'm a happy Berk customer. Just need a new set of brake pads and I'm set for the 2010 motorsports season!
