Default HFC and intake on stock tune?

I've been running an intake on my ap2, and just bought a Berk HFC. I am going to be picking up a Flashpro here shortly, but I would rather but the HFC on sooner if I could. Is this going to cause any problems for me? I know it may trip a CEL which isn't a big deal to me, I just don't want to hurt anything
thanks for the help!

I've been using K&N intake and the 70mm HFC on my 06 without any problems. Still have the OEM header, and for a while I was using a 70mm exhaust still with no problems. No CEL, etc. Plan to get the Flashpro as well soon.

Shouldn't be an issue.
