currently debating:

J's Racing SPL Crux Coilovers with 16k springs front and rear
Tein Super Racing Coilovers with 16k springs front and rear
Moton Clubsports same spring rates
Mugen NZ's

The ohlins, as much as i love ohlins, seem to be less aggressive than i want, but maybe im wrong. Same with the nitrons.

also considering just going the cheap route and getting Buddy Club Racing specs and using the extra money on other mods...

no one seems to be able to say much in detail about any of the above coilovers...

I'm on my second set, now with the track set up.
I love them great ride, great adjustability and really light!
Not cheap though mine cost me ~$5,000

I have the Top Secret Super Dampers and so far love them. I'm considering lowering the car a bit more and seeing how they handle with a 2 inch drop. the car handles very flat, but without too much rebound. The Swift springs are custom built to each buyer's specs.. which is great!

There are about 7 or 8 of us in the San Francisco Bay Area that are running on Tein SRC's. We are all track or auto-x guys and I don't know of a single person that was unhappy with the purchase. I have over 40,000 miles in 2 years on mine and no issues as of yet. I drive my car in all conditions including severe rain storms, so no babying it here.

they mention the s2000 manual, but dont have any models listed out for me to see, compare, etc
The Ohlins setup is a specific road&track series coilover that is "tuned" for a s2000 that will see a decent amount of street and track use, there is only one version as I understand it, with the option of getting different valving or springs by request. If you want a more aggressive suspension setting then look at their "Formula & Sports Car" page on their website. This is where you would find more serious or aggressive coilovers that are meant specifically for different race series but can be adapted to fit just about any car.

My vote is for the Top Secret coilovers since they use Arogostas (love them) and Swift springs (hear only good things about them).
