High flow recomendations

I have picked the tanabe concept g and want a highflow cat on it, what would you guys recommend.

Berk is almost the only choice and it has proven to be a great one.

The only thing I didn't like about my hfc was the inside lip on the flanges where it is welded to the round substrate piece. Not sure if this affects flow or not

What do you mean by measurements? Just look at berk's site.
