I honestly think they made the design that way because it looks really different and a bunch of JDM cock riders would have no problem spending 10000000 dollars on it lol. No offense...

Whether this is funtional or not idk...But for the prices some of these intakes go they better easily make 25-30whp. I saw one intake that was 3k. Is that for real?
I honestly dont think they did that just for looks, they were trying to make it functional, but yeahhhhhh. Yes there are some very very expensive intakes for our cars, its pretty sad that people will pay that much, and still dont make much power. 25-30 whp for an intake on our cars wont happen. (other than ITBS of course with a tune) Full bolt ons and a tune barely make 30whp with our cars.

I think its looks unique but pricey.. HKS made this design for other cars as well so its not like they wanna make something that came out of their butt without a plan.

+1 for HKS intake.

i cant say much except for the impression i get from looking at it installed and its price and that is it looks ridiculous. i paid $30 for my short ram intake. i dont like to waste money and this looks like a complete waist. if it was carbon fiber maybe it would be a little more reasonable

too much going around pipes n couplets will actually reduced the throttle response aswell as the performance...

thier is straight exhaust pipes for some good reason..
short ram intakes for better respons n performance..
and ITB for straightly sucking more AIRS right into the engine..
but first time seeing longer go round intake pipings

I really do like the fact that the intake gives you so much room to work on the actual motor. I kinda really want to make this now.... or something similar and experiment.

anyone know what those blue elastic couplers are really called, and where I could get some, ya know locally, home depot, lowe's, ace hardware, etc.... name is the most important.
