Default HOCKEY is back in Cali!

starting a new thread only because i couldnt find Hockey's original testimonial thread.

recently met Hockey and i can honestly say he is the coolest guy! very knowledgeable in both the AP1, AP2 and mods for both. He did my install for the GC coilover sleeves on stock shocks. he even called both eibach and GC to make sure it was done properly. car ultimately went from stock ride height to a 2" drop. (need time to save for koni yellows )

due to my being a novice on specs/spring rates and such, not too sure on numbers sorry. but i can say that stance and ride comfort change drastically; sacrificing OEM handling, extra road noise, scrapped lip for looks... ...but well worth it in my opinion. still trying to remember: easy on the bumps, dips and large debris on the freeway (i.e. tire remnants, plastic bags, roadkill!!). hahahaha

anywho, im totally satisfied with the way my AP2 ended up and proud to say that i was Hockey's FIRST AP2 customer! hahaha

shoot him a PM. located in Carlsbad

Big Thanx Eddie. It was nice meeting another great S2K owner, and the very first MY07 (not necessarily the first AP2 though ).

While the ride feel may be different, you shouldn't really be sacrificing handling. Let it settle..........get an alignment...........and then get back to us. And remember, easy does it on the dips.

Hockey can also weave carbon fiber, and can teach you to be a true ninja in 10 minutes or less. Highly recomended.
