I ordered the NRG carbon hood damper. It came in and the bolts that are supposed to mount the balls on the car are smaller than the original bolts. Is this normal and I have to drill a hole or have they sent me the incorrect hardware for the kit?

Any help would be outstaning. Thanks

 

It should screw where the stock bolt was. No drilling nothing, just bolt-on. Looks like they sent you the wrong kit
