So by my count that's 5 people that will purchase something for the rear vents.
I sent an email to Shane in regards to a group buy, will keep you guys posted.

Unfortunately those are the only pictures I have. He said those are the only ones from when he did them in February of 2012
I'd like to see a center but shaped like below where the side closer to the window is wider then the front (V)

That didn't turn out.
The passenger side vents will sell more then the drivers, no doubt however, I'm fung shui. So I like a balanced look.
I'd rock drive/passenger rear and a center. otherwise just drive/passenger rears.

I haven't specifically asked about just one side but would assume so, seems to be pretty flexible.
It's also not double sided tape, it's an adhesive. Also goes through powder coating and holds up. I've got a top mount turbo so heat is a concern of mine as well.
We use 3M 8115 panelbonding adhesive to mount these to the underside. You would want to take that area of the underside of the hood down to bare metal. We use the same stuff to bond the louver braces to the louver blades on the underside of each louver blade (so it can't be seen from above) and then send the whole thing thru powdercoat. The 8115 is not effected by the heat of powdercoating. Then take a grinder and grind off the PC from the top surface of the perimeter of the louver border so that when the perimeter is bonded to the underside of the hood, it's metal/epoxy/metal....so that you don't have to worry about the powdercoating coming loose or the paint on the hood coming loose and causing your bond to fail.

If i had to do a redesign i would make the lips slightly larger and use another sheet on the bottom with some nuts and bolts to pinch the louver in. This will cover bad cuts and what not. The louver would have to be slightly smaller but would look cleaner this way
