Nice , maybe a sliding door addition would be good (for security) when you leave it in the car (if you do).

Im not to worried about the security of it, if so Ill just leave the door retracted.

In did a similar thing a while ago in my armrest.
Back to stock armrest now but looking to make something similar again.

Is it still snowing like crazy in Kansas? Is that why you're inside coming up with stuff like this? I'll have to admit, you always have been one to come up with some crazy ideas. Good work dude. You should have made the dock on the inside of the storage console door (where the elastic band is), that way 1. it would be hidden when you got out of the car, and 2. it would work for both the AP1 and AP2 models.
