Default Hub and Quick Release?

I’m gonna be buying a 350mm Personal Neo Grinta steering wheel in the near future, but I’m not sure on which brand hub/qr I should buy.

Overall I'm looking for something that has good price, decent quality at least, SRS light fix, and a steering position similar to the stock steering wheel. TIA!

Totally depends on your Budget.
People are often surprised when their setup reaches or surpasses $1,000

Works Bell is legit as far as QR goes

Non QR
ASM

NRG makes the most affordable hub/QR that works. Lots of people use it. There's nothing special about it, but it allows you to use a clockspring and the QR mechanism is decent quality. The hub and QR are ~$200-250.

Do you have to have a QR? Circuit hero makes a really nice looking billet hub that fits the stock clock spring. But IDK if its QR compatible ...it might be. This hub itself is around $200.

Works bell is not bad but thick...even with the accompanying short hub. I’m using a Snap-off R1000 qr plus a wb short hub that is thin and makes my wheel very close to stock.

NRG also makes a rotating lock thin qr as well

Yes works bell short hub + QR is the highest quality. But it will bring the wheel closer to you than stock (NRG might too, not sure if their short hub is shorter though)

NRG....i've had the short hub and QR in my integra (they are a china/taiwan copy of Works Bell). Surprisingly the QR did not have play, but i still swapped it out for Works Bell. I don't trust anything from NRG. And you don't want something as crucial as steering to fail. If a company like NRG is still making bendable steering wheels and copying everything under the sun, they don't deserve any of my money.

I use the ASM hub, it's made by Works Bell, for ASM. Quality and fitment is great. With a 350mm wheel, I have no problem reaching the turn signal/wiper arms. You can install a quick release on top of this hub, I would recommend a Works Bell one, to keep with the same quality of part. It comes with a SRS light fix for AP1s, I'm not sure when the AP2(probably 05-09 only) switched to another style SRS connector, you can get a male connector SRS fix from Works Bell too, only about $15-$20.

I will have some ASM hubs for sale this month/June, if your willing to wait that long.

The NRG Short Hub and their QR brings the steering wheels to about the same as OEM as far as reaching your wiper and turn signal goes.

I recently purchased a ASM Hub, and have a NRG short hub + extension (OEM length) if you want it.
I can sell both for $70 shipped. If you want a QR; just replace the the extension.

Installed these today. Works bell QR and short hub. One of the easier things I've done to this thing. If you go with this I'd get it on rhdjapan.com cause it is way way way cheaper than anywhere else. Once the flipper was in stock it shipped out and was at my doorstep in MA in a week or so.
