LOL. I c. have you thought of disconnecting the front brakes..? lol idk if youre serious, btu to get a hydraulic brake to lock up only the back, youre eithier going to have to get another brake master cyl + vacuum booster + a lot of one way valves on the brakes OR another caliper stuck on the back somehow.

i was going to do the samething i did to my supra..
the hydraulic master cyl ebrake line will go to the 3 way T where it splits to the rear brakes. " this T" is under the drivers side fire wall.
oh yea, i took out my abs. i have -3 running from my master cyl to my clipers...

Something like this maybe?....

I know of a couple high HP turbo AWD Talons that use this hand brake setup with great success.

Pff. It's mandatory at times.
Have you never seen Tsuchiya handbrake?
I guess you missed the subtext of my message

to the op: there's two way i can think of:

maybe you can extend the oe handle for more levelage, or even custom the hand brake racket mechanism for a quicker/more powerfull pull with the same "yank"

the other way to do it if you are going for the home run would be running another caliber on the rear, cnc mounting bracket and just anther set of binder, clearance shouldn't be an issue at all.

^^^ You could do a WRC style E-brake thats up to the dash level. That would make the applied torque much higher
