Default Ingalls Customer Service

I purchased the stiffy kit on ebay from a seller named performance-curve. Didn't know at the time that they were not an authorized retailer but the deal seemed good and the product was brand new so I figured why not. Long story short, through the install I found that the bolt they included that is used with the spacer was a 100mm bolt and not the 80mm that is supposed to come with the kit. Needless to say there was no making it fit. I called up ingalls and spoke with Dave who gave me the correct specs for the bolt. After searching EVERY SINGLE store in my area (Ace, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes), I was unable to find this bolt. I contacted Dave again who was kind enough to send me the correct bolt in the mail, no charge.

Considering I didn't even buy from an authorized retailer, and the retailer has yet to get back to me I say this is an epic THUMBS UP for the kind folks over at Ingalls. Just wanted to share

The install is not complete yet as I do not have the correct bolt. As soon as it comes in I will post a review

I've had one of these on my 02 RSX Type-S back in the day. Set at the stiffer preload it most certainly eliminated wheel hop and made shifting smoother. I'm not one for placebo's, if something doesn't FEEL right I don't keep it, I either return or sell to recoup lost funds. The one for the Type-S performed well but I have my reservations on a RWD S. If I can get smoother up and/or down shifts I will be satisfied with the purchase.

It is awesome, but i recommend buying it from the Vendor here on the site "Heel Toe" he is awesome, will respond better, send you pictures etc. etc.

I mean i dont know how much you got it for but if its not more than 10 buck difference support a fellow s2k!

Plus yes, the feeling is great, my favorite mod to the car as far as performance for the price.

Still waiting on the part, should be here today or tomorrow. The stiffy is sitting next to the door where I park my car, I sniff every time I walk by as it's just sitting there not being useful.
