inline pro tensioner

Default inline pro tensioner

so my car had the common s2k rattle at start up. so i did not want another factory tensioner so i got the inline pro 1. the part is a quality piece n i would rec this part to any1 who needs to replace there tensioner

so your rattle was caused by the tensioner? how is that possible?

the sound i herd was a rattle at start witch is what happens when your TCT gos bad and yes it did fix the noise but there are other valve train noises that ppl mistake for the TCT noise i

Perhaps they replaced a spring or they say they've replaced a spring...I imagine it's just a sandblasted OEM unit they're overcharging for. Kind of reminiscent of the Toda K-series tensioner which didn't do a whole lot.
