Default installed password intake and could not be happier

Hi

spent the morning installing the password jdm intake on my gpw 2008 s2000. My previous s2000 was supercharged, but with this one i am going the NA route. (toda header, hondata, and amuse exhaust). so far i have the amuse exhaust and the password jdm intake. I am very impressed with the quality and fitment of the intake, and the pictures do not do any justice to how nice it looks on the car. Even my wife noticed the quality and commented as to how nice it was.

thanks

Lovely piece indeed. Hurry up and get the reflash, it really does help the mid-range quite a bit. The car doesn't really feel laggy as much. Well that changed even moreso for me this weekend, installed the Berk hfc and the car just feels so much better, what little lag there still was has disappeared. Can't hardly wait for the Js 70RS dual to arrive soon and eventually this intake to replace the Fujita.

Which Amuse exhaust did you go with?

He has the Amuse dual titanium exhaust with the blue tips.

Reflash Hondata is now going to be an option when you purchase this intake. Another Dyno to follow to reflect a third dyno input for this all CF intake. (easier to install on drive by wire S2000 than the other S2000) 1st dyno was performed in LA County, 2nd dyno was done in blistering (fry an egg on your head) summer heat Oaklahoma, 3rd dyno will be in Orange County at Autowave Huntington Beach.

I am an ASM Cold Air Intake owner, and in my opinion, this intake sounds just as good. I own both intake.

Did pwjdm clear their other intakes for the display pics? Those are mighty shiny for dry peices. And this one is nowhere near as bright.

Not knocking you, full carbon intake and the Dual Ti exhaust, definitely jealous! Ballin'!

No, their intakes are never clearcoated from their carbon manufacturing factory. It only looks like it is because of the epoxy used.

In my opinion I would want to clearcoat but it looks pretty good as is, Password JDM is dead set on not doing it from their facility because it ads weight and they prefer the race look of the part, as well as over time the breakdown of the clearcoat and how it will affect the look of this product.

This intake weights only 4 lbs (from throttle to scoop).
