lol actually the spot welds on that side came loose when I was wiping it clean with piece of cloth.
Just took a few wiggles on the other side to get it off completely, I still got the label on the middle box left though.

They may come off. It's not ideal but it's under the car, nobody except your mechanic will know.

There is no argument here. However this exhaust supposedly makes the best gains, at least for a dual but that yet yet to be seen by me.

Why don't you guys just trying using different hangers? I have the t!r single and it fits nearly perfect. I just use the triangle hanger and try different settings til the tip sits centered. IMO this exhaust is one of the best sounding exhaust.

I bought MY04 S2k with T1R exhaust, however I may have the silencers in place with it. I can't say if it's a sparrow or not (I've been told it is). Not sure if previous owner bent the hangers into place or not, but it seems to sit fairly good. I'll post pictures up tomorrow or the day after if the weather improves.

That said, fantastic sound with a stock cat, smooth, deep and throaty in higher RPM's. With a test-pipe its definitely more aggressive and I was almost ready to remove it, until I began getting compliments from people following my car. Aaaand I drove the car top down on a cold winter night, and it reminded me exactly why I loved this exhaust.

Do you mean different rubber hangers?
I played a bit with that and didn't help much until I made the custom one.

Same. I bought T1R adjustable hangers, they did no good. Ended up returning them.

Im going the route you ended up going and having my guy just heat up the hangers and bend them to get them to fit. Did you have to do this to all hangers or just certain ones?? Also does anyone know where I can purchase a new rear bumber cap.? Carbon fiber would be nice

I only needed to heat 2. I would guess that yours will probably be similar. I only heated the 2 on the driver side and lined them up to the passenger side which was already fairly centered. The hanger on the driver side that is right after the Y bend was really crooked, so much so that it was rubbing against the frame of the car. I am really happy I did it, I would be willing to bet that if I hit a hard bump there would have been a decent change that the hanger would have ripped off eventually.
