To get it done you should spend around $75 to $100 depending on the shops labor hour.
It takes us 1 to 1.5 labor hours to do a bore.

Why not post the dyno's here?
I can do that too. I planned to make a new thread so Im not hijacking the thread. Been very busy at the shop. I will look for it on the dynos database when I have some time.

All the best,
Max-

dyno or better yet flow bench number of before and after.

dyno can be misleading since it can't be replicated as far as time and temperture wise

I had mine done by DH racing in Las Vegas. I believe that he had dyno charts of an S on his site. I went with the 74mm taper and he port matched the IM. I want to say it was around $400-500 with the new TB, Port Matching, new gasket and bolts, flow tested, sensors adjusted, TB mounted on the IM when I got it back. He was hard to get of hold of, since he is the one doing the work in his shop. Here is a link to my pics, and yes one of the photos has the OD of the factory throttle body in the ID of my new taper 74mm. I noticed better throttle response, but I do not have charts to prove.

$75-$100 is cheap, but if you want it welded, i'd expect to pay more.

here are a couple i did at 70mm compared to 63.5mm

i also cleaned up the casting seams at the customer's request:

thanks. i welded around 1/4" to 3/8" probably. but it doesn't even need that much since it is only seeing a bit of air around it. the tb mounting surface has to be faced afterward, and the port cleaned up a bit to make it look nice.
