Default Intake... Will it fit?

Hey guys. I have a K&N FIPK Gen 2 kit fitted on my S2K
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Honda-S2000-Intake-S...=item335b8198b2

Will this product fit with this does anyone know or just with the factory airbox?

Cheers

That is only made for the oem airbox. What alot of guys do here with the fipk is get an aut cooling plate. Here is a pic of what it looks like. I would go that route if I had that intake!

Iv seen alot of them come from ebay. You dont have to get a carbon fiber one, b/c they do get pricey! You can get fiberglass ones for around $100 though. Just scroll down some there and there is a few carbon fiber and fiberglass ones. http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=p4...-All-Categories

Cheers for that mate, I'll look into getting one of them! Wasnt sure whether to stick with the FIPK or to refit the original box with one of those scoops (obviously with a replacement filter element). What you think?

I would keep the FIPK! Sounds awesome and does actually have some proven gains. One of the best short ram intakes on the market. I have an OEM airbox with a K&N filter, and my box is gutted and insulated with my custom air guide and custom cooling panel. It does feel like it has better throttle response, but I doubt its as good as the FIPK still!

Yeah I ran on the dyno yesterday, 259.5 bhp

Got the FIPK, custom made exhaust and cat by-pass. The exhaust place I used are renowned across the UK as being the best stainless tubular manufactures so I am really please with the gains! I will post the video link on here when I get in from work so you can have a quick look if you like.
