qwick question! Does anyone have the TP with the CEL fix that comes from invidia on and have just that work or do i need to do the non-fouler trick?

 

If you got it with the fix it should work. Sometimes people do still get a CEL and have to put the non-foulers on them to get it to go away, but there is no telling if yours will be one of those. Just get the one with the fix and see if it works. I have an invidia test pipe with the fix on my 02 and I have never had a CEL because of that.

 

If it came with a defouler it works if not you need to make one.

 

My 03 didnt need a non fouler, my 07 i have now needed 2.
Its worth doing just in case. They cost like $2.50 at AutoZone and you just drill one out to fit the O2 sensor. No CEL anymore.

I installed the Invidia 70mm test pipe w/ cel fix and it worked for about a week and then a CEL came on so i put an anti fouler in and it hasn't come back on in over a month now.

 

thanks.... i just put the 70mm TP w/CEL fix plus one non fouler that i drilled out.. so far so good.. no CEL.. The with a stock header, TP and Stock exhaust... It sounds really nice,has little more growl to it..

 

Yep same set up as me but i also have the K&N FIPK which you might be interested in. I however couldn't really feel or hear much of a difference with the test pipe, just smells more.
