Invest in hearing protection and warn your neighbors for the Q300. The N1 is worse.

Invidia makes junk and this exhaust sounds especially terrible with a test pipe. The N1 is even worse.

I have the Q300 on my AP2. It quiet if you shift early (2500 rpm) but does get raspy from around 3-4k RPM. I bought it used and picked it up for a good price. I wouldn't pay the 600+ a new one costs.

I would recommend you tell us what you are looking for in an exhaust. There is literally hundreds of different exhausts for the S2000. If you want something that is like the invidia exhausts but better quality look at the Tanabe exhausts.

I have the q300 on my AP1. I love it, I don't find it raspy at all. I've received lots of compliments on it as well. Not sure how it sounds with a test pipe.
