I'm planning on buying a used OEM hardtop but it doesn't come with the original rear brackets from Honda. I saw on one thread that I do need this in order to install the brackets, but I can't find the brackets anywhere. I have MY 07 by the way.
Another route I saw would be to get the Izzy brackets. But I've been trying to contact the vendor with no luck. I just wanted to know if the Izzy brackets are all I need to install the top, or do I need to buy the original rear brackets still, on top of the Izzy brackets.
Basically, I would like to get the DIY on the Izzy brackets but couldn't find any. I need to know exactly how it installs since I don't have space at home to store the top, so as soon as I pick up the top, it will need to be secured to my car immediately to be driven home.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The izzy brackets replace the 2 piece oem rear latch. If you have intentions of removing the top from time to time, I would recommend looking into either moddiction's or rockstar garages's 2 piece design. The izzy rear bracket is awesome (I have it) but is a giant pain to remove. I never remove mine so it doesn't bother me.

 

I went and check the shop actually for Rockstar Garage, and their product is may nicer than any I've seen.

I'm picking up an OEM top from my buddy and he has Izzy brackets. I really want to go get some stock brackets (MY07). Anyone know what parts I need to get? I just love riding top down sometimes.
