Default Jack Stands

Not really a mod, but wasn't sure which section to put this in. Anyway, I had a set of four jackstands that I've had for about 20 years, and somehow managed to lose them in a recent move. I went to the Sears website to look for a new set and couldn't believe how many different kinds they had. Was wondering if anyone had a good recommendation, and if there is a particular set that would work well with the S2000. I just got my S and haven't been underneath it yet. But I just picked up an exhaust system and I want to get it on there! Thanks in advance for any help.

Any of the smaller ones should work.

I bought two sets from Sears off the shelf. I think they were like $20 per set. I liked them because the perch is somewhat shallow compared to other stands I looked at, like harbor freight, which seemed like the perch was too deep. just my $0.02.

I have that same pair of stands and like them. They work well due to the shallow perch.

Yea any with shallow perch, the harbor freight ones are not for oem jack points, they are for axles/subframe etc

which is safer

I use suspension/frame points for all of my jackstands placements, unless I'm removing one of those items.

Any jack stand will work...

Thanks for the input guys. I figured any would work, but I'm taking note of the shallow perch comments. I'll probably stop by sears this week and see what they have in the store. Thanks!
