J's racing 70rs rattle AP1
Hi all,
I installed my 70rs last year and not driven a lot since then. Right after I put it on I noticed it touches the beam of the rear subframe and rattles at idle, 2k and 4k in my case, which shouldn't happen for a $1000 exhaust. I searched for solution and found people insert cardboard, and exhaust tape in between, I tried both and they were rubbed through after only 10miles driving and rattle came back again.
I don't know what else I can do apart from file off some metal. Maybe use longer hanger?
Two photo for clarity:

Play with the hangers and mounting as others have suggested.
As a side jest....
I thought the non-replica parts were supposed to be of better quality/fitment and that this should only happen with replica parts.

It's built for a Japanese car which has a few slight differences from usdm models
