You must have ordered the titanium one? That's a long lead time...

if you want power, get a 70

if you want a quieter exhaust, get a 60

Stainless EMS version
The shop I am associated with deals directly with PPI(J's racing USA) and here is the info they provided me.
J's racing does not stock any 70mm duals.

The cut off for stainless orders is the 20th of each month, titanium is the 25th(if you miss that, your order sits in que until the 20th of next month to begin production)

It take 1 month for production(since I ordered by 4/20 my exhaust will be ready by the end of may)

If you get the standard 2 piece dual it will take about 1 month to ship to the USA and get through customs. The other option is to get the more expensive EMS 3 piece version like me which will ship from Japan to the USA in about 1 week via EMS air.

Bottom line is if you have not ordered you exhaust and can not find 1 in stock here in the USA be prepared to wait. Since you missed the cut off for stainless this month you will be looking at a ETA in July for the EMS or August for the standard 2 piece with slowboat shipping.

I wish the 70rs was angled like the 60 but its not a deal breaker for me. Coming from a amuse r1000 I am sure the 70rs will be quieter than what I have grown use to.

I was having trouble chossing from the two as well. 60 or 70 rs.

The only thing holding me back from the 70rs is how loud is it really? like are there any db ratings out there?

See the thing is what might be loud for one person may not be very loud to another, we gotta consider driver perception.

Also the videos I have found I just aren't helpful because I have no comparison in the video such as before and after clips from OEM to the new J's exhaust.

probably fits because the difference between 00-04 and 06+ in terms of exhaust fitment is the 'tunnel' area where the midpipe/resonator sits. I'm betting the resonated RS exhausts don't fit the 06+ because the resonators hit the tunnel. Just a guess, but your RR probably fits b/c there's no resonator, creating more clearance.

Coming from a amuse r1000 the 70rs is quieter, the 70rs with a test pipe is around the same volume as my 60mm amuse R1 non-resonated single with a test pipe was. But people use to tell me that exhaust was loud...
