Default j's racing lower arm bar/rear lower x-beam bar

I was just browsing around parts websites and i became confused between these two parts here.

http://www.aj-racing.com/catalog/product.p...1&cat=81&page=1

http://www.aj-racing.com/catalog/product.p...3&cat=81&page=1

from what i understand the x-beam bar bolts up to the same places as the spoon rear bar. where does the lower arm bar go?? am i over looking something?

the lower arm bar goes near the rear of the car i believe.you can spot it from the behind the car if youre squating down.

So what's the general belief of these items, as i have noticed there are a lot of tower/strut bar haters on here. is this just an expensive item that adds more weight or do ya'll feel anything besides your wallet slimmer?

i really doubt theres any difference. its just a bling factor, id probably get it if i wanted to get something more for the car.

I would assume it does some good since Honda felt it was necessary to include one from the factory. Only reason I replaced mine was it got destroyed by a high point in the road, but it definitely has some bling factor.
