j's racing tow fitment...

Does anyone know if the j's racing front tow hook fits the ap1 with the black factory grill piece?

two version of the j's two hook. one for the oem bumper and one for their type-s bumper.

Well - the only pictar i found of the oem bumper fitment shows the tow hook with the black grill piece removed...

Will it fit if i want to keep the grill piece on?
