Can anyone confirm if the kit still comes with the heatshield?

Yes that's actually what I was looking at

 

That's a combo package, it's not a product actually offered as a kit from J's, but of course you can just bundle them together and sell them as such

J's Racing Damper, Tower Bar, Heat Shield Combo Pack - Honda S2000 00+

This J's Racing special combo package includes the J's Racing front strut tower bar, engine torque damper, and aluminum exhaust manifold heat shield.

I don't think any more confirmation is needed...
