Js2k no responce to emails?

Default Js2k no responce to emails?

Has any one else had this issue? I bought some LEDS from them but the one in trunk stopped working after a couple days I wanted to get a replacement but they wont respond to emails I have sent them.

I would give it some time, or trying calling him. Some people on here had problems with the leds going out on them and he has always sent them new ones without a problem. He's a great guy to deal with, very hassle-free.

I purchased some stuff from him and sent emails and it took a while to respond, like 1 week or so. He’s been busy with some personal things and/or his day job I think. He’s a good guy so I wouldn’t worry. I’ve purchased from him numerous times and no problems. Also, have you checked your spam folder incase his responses ended up there?

had the same issue recently but as stated he is a very busy man. he will take care of you though for sure!

Boy, he has got to change out those wedge bulbs he's selling. Ive gone through 4 straight on my license plate. When I blew out the trunk light as a replacement for the license plate, he sent out 2 more but those have since blown too.

Luckily I didn't get a ticket since I usually find out they're blown when I lock the car at night and don't see it light up.

Im currently using some LEDs I picked up from another source and their working great.

Hey guys, since I spoke to him just a couple days ago, I'll update why he's been busy. He's been working like 80hrs/week and just generally busy as all hell. Give him some time. I'll point him to the thread.

Hey guys,
My sincerest apologies for the delays. I've been slowly going through my mountain of emails. I've been working 80+ hours a week (roughly 12 hours a day) for the past two weeks, and even 12+ on my birthday. (Even my house is a mess, laundry hasn't been done, my pool is a pond, the garden is dead, and there's pile of beer bottles on my counter)

Updates
I will be getting in the new LEDs within a week (wedge, reverse, turn signal, brake, footwell). For whatever reason, the latter batch of my 'wedge' LEDs seem to be going bad. If you got a LED that's going out, just shoot me a PM or email and I'd be more than happy to get you a replacement.

Any outstanding orders will be shipped out as soon as I get them in stock.

I also just picked up another batch of valves, so those will be going out too.

Sorry again for the delays. My LED manufacturer has been delaying the production of my LEDs even though I have paid them in full for more than a month! Rest assured, you will get your LEDs.
