Some old guy did this...suggestions for what I should do with the insurance money :-)

 

Buy a new bumper with the money?? lol. Sucks though. Pain in the ass when that shit happens.

 

Repair or replace with another OEM bumper.

 

put a sticker over it / touch it up and use the money on something else.

 

Prob gonna get it fixed repair shop said it its fixable

 

New rear bumper is under $300 and then paint. So if insurance is paying for it I would just do that. Or if it can just be painted without bondo or anything I'd go that route. But labor might be more than just getting a brand new bumper and painting that instead.

 

get a new one. the tabs could be jarred too.

 

I vote for a new one.

 

Upgrade to AP2 bumper.
