Default Just a quick ? bout a test pipe

I want to order a test pipe this weekend. I don't really care about name brand or anything cause I know that there all the same. All I care about is that it has a cel fix and that there is a good shopping/buying experience. So if you have one and had no problems with ordering, installing, or it working just fine please let me know where you got it from. That's all thanks.

berk's test pipe has a cel fix built in, or you can search up how to make one for 5 buck.

or better yet, get a real high flow cat

I second the Berk TP. Had an ideal buying experience with them and never experienced a CEL, now at about 10k miles. Was a little hard to get them on the phone at the time but within a couple hours of my initial call my questions were cleared up.

Fitment was great and shipping was very fast, even across the US/Can border.

all test pipes are the same to me.....its just a foot long piece of piping....the only one I wouldn't recommend getting is the Megan Resignated pipe....mine began to rattle on the inside and other have had issues of the welds breaking.

I have the Berk's TP with the cel fix. Not one issue: makes the car a little louder, but I like it. Search on the FS forum for a cheaper price from a member or build your own.

+1 for Berk TP! Ive been running one for over a year now with no CEL. Fitament was excellent, and the company was great to deal with. I ran it with stock exhaust for a while with no noticeable difference in power. It made the exhaust tone a little different, not necessarily better, just different. I now have it paired with my Invidia 70mm single

I bought a Megan TP for $60 on ebay and picked up some spark plug anti-foulers at Pep Boys for $6. The welds look real nice. No CEL on my MY05 and I've run it over 5k miles. It does smell though, you may not care but you will smell it. The OEM CAT clearly does it's job, cold or hot! You will get a little more power though (says my ass dyno) and I did notice better MPG!

I bought the invidia one on ebay. was about 70 bucks and no probs. all you need is a cel eliminator. it looks like a plug defowler and pulls the down wind o2 senser out of exhaust flow. omni power maks a titainium one but i think there is an issue with the way it bonds to the threds of the ss test pipe so just get regular steel one it is like ten dollars.
