K&N Customer Service is A+
On the FIPK K&N upgraded the coupler where the intake tube meets the manifold from orange (old) to grey/black (new). The new one would match my engine bay much better so I inquired about purchasing one.
Within 1 business day I had a representative return my e-mail asking for a mailing address so he could send one out to me smile.gif I didn't even buy the intake from them as I purchased used here on s2ki.
A+ in my book. Just wanted to share the good experience so others won't hesitate to work with them and/or purchase their products.
