Led light bars?
I was close to trying them in those locations but those two areas seem to be angled a bit so I thought the fixtures would also be angled. Plus I didn't want to test my skills cutting out the plastic inserts to match the shape of the LED lights. Someone with more skills could probably do it right.
I would not do the big LED off-road bar, the beam pattern sends light in a wide direction which is bad for on-coming traffic, and probably not helpful in an actual fog situation. They may work well in off-road situations but who does that in an S2000 ?. I've seen some on mini's , if that is the look that you want then I guess that is the only way to do it. It would probably take up most of our front grills, reducing air flow into the rad.
I've got LED lights that I use as daytime running lights, with a 45 degree beam pattern they give off some stray light. I don't think any of the smaller LED lights put out any type of light that is overly useful, the larger bars certainly put out a ton of light but it would be very scattered and not helpful in an actual fog condition. Certainly okay in dark and secluded wide-open road conditions where you don't have on-coming traffic.
