Default Lip Fitment Help

I ordered the Gears replica lip from Rockstar Garage, and at first tried to install it myself. It didn't want to go on cleanly, so I brought it to a reputable shop in my area. They worked on it for a bit, even lightly heated it in certain spots, and the pics below show where the fitment is still not quite there. I can physically put it in place just fine, it's just a matter of getting it to stay there. Would double stick tape work for this, or should I find some other way to bracket it so that it doesn't get forced downwards when driving?

Was it bent at all in the box when you got it?

Heat the bad areas up a bit and then use the double sided tape.

Thanks, I appreciate the input. I'll have to look for the 3M molding tape then.

LOL!

I spent the extra money on OEM CR, but that's easy to find. Sourcing an authentic Gears lip is next to impossible
