I believe Hardtopguy allows for other shipping options other than Fedex now. UPS is half the price I believe. You could also request to ship the bumper via Greyhound, which would most definitely offer a better pricing.
Talk to your local dealership...or if any of the online vendors allow for local pick-up, depending on where you live. HondaPartsCheap let their customers pick-up locally, save so much on shipping.
Or third alternative, wait for a local to sell it?
