Either way he asked for cheap good 1st upgrade. I have yet to see conclusive evidence of these plugs. Fine I won't say you were spreading false info. You did throw that idea out there though. Usually if it's too good to be true then it is. Also, that link you sent is useless. They dynoed a 350z. Not all cars are created equal.

Rather than put "aftermarket spark plugs" for x amount of dollars I just listed the pulstar plugs since they are the most marketed right now. Any aftermarket spark plug will run you 50-60 bones for a set.

Don't be so emotional.

Whatever. I won't continue to try and prove that Pulstars are worth the money. And I agree with midnightsunset,

So going back to to the topic, Jwslick I would get either exhaust, CAI, test pipe/HFC, or Pulstars. Good luck with whatever you choose.

Yes I'm stupid. Go buy ''aftermarket plugs''. Apprently since modifed showed they make power for a Z then it must work for the S too. Good luck with that turbonator.

Haha. Ok. I think need to bring in a used car salesman to try and convince you! If you actually do some searching on Google or something, you can see how much media attention Pulstars have gotten for being so effective. There are about 20 articles on their site. If that won't convince you, I'm not sure what will. Unless you go and get them yourself. Whatever, I'm seriously done with trying to prove my point this time.

Jwslick, my bad for stirring up an argument in your thread. Just trying to prove a point.

Your first mod should be seat locks and/or an alarm.

LOSE WEIGHT!

adding power will increase acceleration performance, losing weight will increase acceleration performance, braking performance, and handling

after that, keep a sharp eye on the FS forum. there are many deals to be had on the parts being mentioned.

Interesting thread so far! Here is a Dyno on the Pulstar plugs:

http://blog.pulstar.com/2008/02/2005-honda-s2000.html

It could be all hype, but if it's true, you must admit that it would be one of the best bang for your buck mod!

Here's an article that tested the B18C5 (ITR) and a few other cars.
