I have the K&N FIPK and love it. The sound it makes in VTEC is amazing; I was amazed at how loud it was at WOT. It's also very quiet untill you get passed half throttle. I dislike this but some may like it; I like to have a loud intake. I'm also thinking about putting my BPi velocity stack, off my Prelude, on it. I think the pipe is a little to thick though, so the stack won't mate flush with it. We'll see.

From my passed knowlege of Honda motors, CAI are superior to SRI. The resonace from a CAI makes for huge gains in the midrange with no power losses in the top end(assuming you get tuned); especially DOHC VTEC motors. I would've went with a CAI but I'm tired of hassling with crap to service the filter.

A lot of intakes are like this on the S. The Fujita certainly is. I consider it a plus as I can choose when it's loud. If I wanted loud all the time I'd get an Invidia exhaust.

I've been thinking about buying one of the $50 fiberglass snorkels and rock the stock air box.
