Looking for new rotos, pads, and lines...
It's about time for me to change my brakes. With so many parts available, I'd like to ask if anyone has any suggestions...
I'm looking for rotors, maybe cross drilled, of good quality and reasonable price tag.
Good stainless lines.
Good low dust street pads.
I've learned over the years that "high end" rotors are nothing but snake oil. I've been buying $20 rotors for my daily drivers for years, and never had a problem. Just wanted to see if anyone is running some quality inexpensive rotors so I don't have to waste time looking.
Any help/links appreciated.

I have a similar interest. My rotors are pretty much toast, but don't want to spend a fortune. Cross drilled would be awesome, but not necessary. I know some people are running powerslot rotors, but not sure how much they cost.

I installed Axxis Ultimate pads and crossed drilled, slotted rotors from irotors 2,000 miles ago. They were inexpensive and look great! The only drawback in my case is brake dust. I don't know if it's the rotors or the pads, but I have excessive brake dust. It's probably the combination of the two.
i am in the same boat as the op ....i checked the site sponsors sales in the for sale forums, many great deals going,......lines, rotors, pads, and fluid from about 500 on up. for the daily driver, dont get pads that are race spec, they need to warm up to work properly, ....there is even a chart that lets you know where the pads they are selling in the thread stand as far as street use, race use, etc. im probably going with a package from gruppe-s,.......powerslot rotors, lines, fluid, and project mu b-force pads. i read alot about hawk blues not working that well over stock and porterfields, being race spec will really tear your rotors up. as i suppose any race spec pads will. i thought about keeping it all oem since there is nothing really "wrong" with oem but i cant help but want to "upgrade". I hear if you are doing rotors other than stock, slotted is the way to go over the drilled, as the drilled will disperse heat better, they are also weaker and prone to cracking...i guess under extreme conditions. The lines will give you a better pedal feel, more crisp cuz of the less flex in the line over oem hoses. the fluid,...as long as it is stock, you probably wont tell a difference, unless you really brake hard and cause your stock fluid to boil, most upgraded fluid has a higher boiling point.
