Looking for part 17310-S2A-A03
Title says it all, my 2002 just threw P1457 at a little under 46k miles. I've been looking around for an OEM vent shut valve (17310-S2A-A03) to see if this would do the trick, but it looks out of stock everywhere I look. Any help on this would be much appreciated, thanks!
Part No. 17310-S2A-A03 appears to have been out of stock for 15 years!
Possible fix clues here (buried among other stuff about pictures and other issues!):

Many Honda cars from this era use a similar system so kludging one seems possible. Please keep us informed on what works and what doesn't.

I'm just thankful I don't have this problem!
The linked thread has something like 15 years of information but few solutions among the 130+ messages. Best one I could find.
Scary that no real solution has been achieved.
I did notice the claim that the "vent valve" or similar part also has a part number for another Honda but I've not confirmed this, just passing it along.
Recommend putting aside a couple hours and read that thread from top to bottom and make some notes. One message referenced a technical note so try to find that. Would be nice if you were near Billman's shop and could leave the car. Fried ECU is not a trivial repair.

the S2000 uses the same Evap Purge Solenoid as the 1999-2001 honda Prelude.

Perfect use case for aI. Pass it link to thread, ask it to summarize. Also ask it to list content of any post that suggests an actual solution.
