Call Espilier and ask them if this is normal.
Maybe Espilier is trying to account for the drivers weight.
Probably not but , who knows.
At minimum, you might get some expert advise.
good consideration but they are most likely design their spring for the JDM RHD ap1(hence the rear biased rate)

they were brand new out of the box, they are all put in correctly, they are all seated into place, but how do i check to see if they are preloaded correctly, i got them profesionally done so id think they are preloaded but i dunno... about my coil over question though, are coil overs adjustable? if i put coil overs onto my car an it still has the same height problem, then could i lower the coilovers on one side of my car to make it even?

I'd check with the shop that you had install them. See if you can talk to the mechanic that did the install and find out if he knows what he is talking about. To properly preload he would have needed to put the full weight on the suspension before tightening everything. Usually it's done by putting a jack under the rotor or the ball joint. On a lot of cars this isn't required, so depending on his experience with S2000's he might not have known to do it that way.

i really think that on the driver side, who ever did the install switch it.maybe the front springs was place in the rear and the rear springs was placed in front. these happened to me...check it again.

u can get the coilovers, which is definitely much better..but sometimes professionals make mistakes so i really think the driver side springs are installed incorrectly...

if u hav coilovers u can do alot more things...u can even out and evn corner weight balance it for better weight distribution.

i actually installed teh passenger side myself lol but the driver side i couldnt get undone so i jus took it to a shop thought that it would settle in but apparently not, i think maybe later today i will try to do the driver side myself. i really would like coilovers but for around 1300+ after just spending like 400 to for these springs/installation, its kind of annoying. i shoulda jus went with coilovers in the first place. eh
