Those look like 8f 9r +45's right? What size tire are you running?

I say pick up some ground controls, that way you have adjustability and be done with it... think they were one of my first mods and I am sooo happy with them

are there any springs that maintain the stock 00-01 rates? I really like the 220f/290r on my car and dont want to stray from it.

I think my only choice is GC's at 225f/300r

im on KG/MM supersports they lower 0.75", but they settled to a 1" drop now... i would recommend them
i also recomend the tein

Not hard at all.
If you have the proper tools with some help from a buddy, I think it can be done in about 2 hours.. maybe less.
Check the DIY section under "Under the Hood" forum. There'll be a nice writeup on how to install them.

For springs Espelir pretty much is the gap killer (especially in the rear) a little bit left in the front.
