Default lowering springs?

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on what lowering springs to go with. I've been looking at tein's but im open to other options. Also how much was it to get them put on? i dont have the spring tension tool to install them myself. Thanks for the help in advance!

i have swift springs and you may know they are one of the best (if not the best) springs for our cars. it gives a mild drop. not so low and still rides like stock. i currently have them on my car but might put them up for sale as im upgrading to coilovers PM me if you are interested!

I have the Eibachs and have noticed no degradation in ride quality. I think they are about perfect in terms of height - though the younger crowd probably would like it lower.

Actually, if you can find Ground Controls at a good price that might be the best. Eibach springs with the ability to tweek the height. I scrape the OEM front lip spoiler from time to time when I'm not careful. I would bring the front up 1/8 or 1/4 if I could.
