I like the sound I've heard from magnaflow cat-backs. Two questions: What does it weight? And, all the ones I see say up to 2005, so will it fit my 2007?

 

Won't fit 06+ without modification. They changed the floorpan and exhaust tunnel.

It might help us if you provide a link or at least a photo to the exhaust.

 

Is it a hander mod, or something more difficult?

I had one on my 07. Fits with a mod to center rubber hanger. Nothing else.
For sale now as I got a great deal on the Fujitsubo.

 

Best place to buy one? They all seem to be $700 something, but I remember seeing them in the $500 range not long ago.

I just sold a like new one that I had on my car for less than 1k for 400 shipped. After PP fees, and shipping, I lost about 400 from what I paid.
