Hey guys, Mastergrade just made an Ap1 carbon fiber inner door skin. They haven't decided if we want to add this to the production line just yet. Would there be a lot of interest in these? We plan to offer the first 5 sets for $900 shipped for the pair. These are extremely lightweight and would make a great addition to some of those show cars.




I'm going to try and get a list started of those interested.

are they going to make just the upper skins like before?

 

That has yet to be discussed.

 

I assume one of those "holes" is for the tweeter. What's the other one for? It's roughly the same size.

there are no tweeter holes in the ap1's

 

There ARE tweeter holes in AP1's. Just up higher.

 

I'm speaking of the roughly "circular" holes near the middle of the piece. It almost looks like something punched through it.
