Default Megan Headers

I have a local guy selling these Megan Race headers for my AP1 and i can probably get them for like $150...seem like they are in great condition... for that money is it worth just buying them to see what difference i see in my cars performance if any? Do i need a manifold gasket? because he only has the headers...

The header has made gains on three of the AP1's that have put them on here in Jax!
