Default Megan Single vs. Invidia Single

So I am looking to get a single exhuast and match it up to a test pipe. For the time being I am on a bit of a tight budget. So my question is, between the two listed exhausts which one is better in terms of quality and sound (less drone).

Thanks

I have the Apexi GT Spec and it has almost zero drone. Its also in the price range of the other two.

Well invidia is notorious for loudness and droning, so if thats what you wanna avoid, then maybe go with something else.

for all comparison purposes, the exhausts are exactly the same. you'll get the same power out of them, the same sound, and same look.

i had the invidia, my buddy had the megan. we were both loud.

they are great alternatives to the much more expensive jdm 70mm singles. you'll get pretty much the same gains, and both are about 15 ish lbs as well. definitely loud though.

The only single I've ever owned was Apexi N1. For around town cruising it wasn't that loud at all. No real droning, but when you hit vtec, the thing is freaking loud, sounds like a motorcycle.

Since then, I've switched to a much quieter exhaust now, I like to Vtec w/o getting a lot of attention.

I owned the Invidia prior to purchasing my Greddy TI-C single and I hated it! It was so obnoxious! The Greddy has little drone and obtains a deep tone through the power band!

I was looking at the Greddy Ti-C single, but I can't find a decently priced one.

I would go with the megan for price and good gains. It is not the best or namebrand but you will get your moneys worth for sure.
