with the vafc will i know were i am at as far as my air fuel mixture or do i need to get an lean rich gauge

 

There are two types of gauges. A lean rich, pep boys junk one that is nothing but a light show. Or an aem uego wideband(I has one and it works great). Also vafc does nothing for showing ur air fuel ratios

 

Search for Giles Pretuned Emanage. I have one on order and it might suit you the best due to you not having a tuner in your area. In my opion it's better than a VAFC tune because it of partial throttle tuning.

 

how does it work....is there no need of someone to tune it....like a plug and play programmer with maps or?

 

It's plug and play and it has switches based on what mods you've done. Do a search it goes much more in depth than I can.

It's actually an Emanage Ultimate with a different proccesor (BADAS) it comes in 2 versions Chrome and Black. Giles is just the tuner but everyone refers to it as the GEMU or Giles Emanage Ultimate.

Yes it's a Greddy Emanage ultimate that some say works just as well as a standalone for NA. It's been redone by Giles thou so it's not just any emanage. Have you looked at the dyno sheets yet. There's also a chart specifying average tq & hp increase as well as peak power increase. I'll try and find the link for you.
