Default More Power, which parts?

Hey Guys,

my name is Ramon and I´m from Germany. I´m searching for some parts who helps to get more Horsepower. I drive a 2005 S2k with an F20C engine.
The engine is totaly Stock. I only have a OEM Lip and a Bilstein B16PSS9.
I´m thinking about an:
Greddy Dual SE and an PWJDM or J´s Racing Intake and an 200Berk cat.
I dont want my S verry loud, because the police is verry strong in Germany.
What do you mean, can it work? Is the J´s Racing or PWJDM more quite?
Or can you tell me some Parts who are better?

Your Ramon

sorry for my bad english

Forced induction is by far the best for your money.

1000 on an intake or 1500 for a nice turbo setup (if you can fabricate)

LOL!!!

Try $4500 for a nice turbo setup... plus install... plus tune... plus the extra maintenance involved in keeping it running.

Read the posts above. Bolt ons aren't going to yield much. An intake is fairly pointless if you want power but not noise. Have you read any threads on intakes and exhausts?

you want power but want the car to sound stock? the only two things i can think of:
1. intake/test pipe, flashpro, and e-tune. from what i hear on this forum, power gains are small but drivability and transitions are pretty.
2. nitrous.

No FlashPro for '05, only '06+ S2000's

It will take an intake, header, and exhaust, plus engine management and a tune before you're going to feel the difference in power, and by that point you're so loud you're setting off car alarms.

If you really need it to stay quiet, I'd just enjoy the car as it is. You could also get an intake and stay off the throttle around the police. If you don't floor the throttle, it will still be very quiet.

Save your money And get a super charger.

How much more power do people need?
The quest for power on this board is insane.

It's different if we were all driving civics or something but a s2k I feel has enough power to be a enjoyable ride.

Id think cruisin on the curvy German roads would be awesome in a s.

If you wanna drag race, get a different car.

You buy a s for its feel and cornering not to pwn tegs at the stop light. IMO
