hey im looking into buying a second hand mugen ecu for my ap1, just wondering is it a straight plug in?
will i have to have it remapped?
also would it make much differnce powerwise?

Yes, it replaces the entire ECU.

i dun think so, my little sister has this in her RSX type S, im pretty sure it just increases the red line, lowers v tech engagment and adds more fuel to compensate for the breathing mods u should have for it to functiion well. even with the mods your car is gonna run rich.

 

Makes a pretty big difference in the ap1.

 

Plug and play, you will notice more mid-range to top-end power.
