Mount your front tag on your passenger side visor. When you see the local contstabulary just flip it down. Been doing this for years without a ticket.
I am absolutely new to the S2K and a lot of things don't make any sense to me. Is Mugen a parts supplier? If so, how many other specialty suppliers are there for the S2K.
I read about a specialty seat for the car. Can somebody send me a picture or a link so I can have a look. How about a hard top?

That's it. Now you can judge how much work there is to do to DIY install the Mugen SS front bumper.
